- Calligraphy
- An ornate form of handwriting that is often used on wedding invitations.
- Candle Lighters
- Two people chosen by the couple to participate in lighting the candles at the wedding, often members of the wedding party, other special friends or older children.
- Carat
- Standard unit of weight for diamonds and most other gemstones. 1carat is equal to 200 milligrams. There are 100 points in a carat.
- Cathedral Veil
- The longest and most formal of bridal veils, measuring approximately 126" in length. May have multiple layers or worn with a blusher veil. Most appropriate for formal weddings and worn with a cathedral train. A cathedral veil creates a dramatic effect, extending past the wedding gown train by at least a foot on up to five yards if desired.
- Chapel Veil
- A formal bridal veil that is meant to barely touch the floor, measuring approximately 108" in length but can be customized to a bride's height. May have multiple layers or worn with a blusher veil. Most appropriate for a formal wedding gown with a chapel or sweep train.
- Comb
- A bridal headpiece that slips into the hair and lays flat, usually decorated with crystals, beads, or flowers.
- Corsage
- A floral arrangement consisting of a single flower or small spray of flowers, lace, and ribbon that is often worn by female friends and relatives of the bride and groom in a wedding. Available in wrist, pin-on and hand-held styles.
- Crown
- A full circle headdress that sits on your head, usually decorated with crystals or pearls.
- Cubic Zirconia
- A man-made crystal, resembling a colorless and flawless diamond. High quality stones that are cut and set like genuine stones cannot visually be distinguished from a perfect mined diamond. Created using minerals from the earth which are melted at a very high temperature and then cooled into crystals. A great option for bridal jewelry, bridesmaid jewelry, and honeymoon jewelry. Available clear or in a variety of colors.
- Cummerbund
- A broad pleated sash worn around the waist on top of the shirt and pants but under the jacket. Worn with a tuxedo for formal dress instead of a vest or suspenders, usually the same color as the tie. Worn with pleats facing upward.
